30-day support window

We want your experience with SILARA to feel calm and trustworthy. If you need help with a return or refund request, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.

Return eligibility

Because SILARA is a supplement, some returns may require the product to be unopened, unused and in its original condition. Eligibility can depend on local rules, product condition and the reason for the request.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@silara.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us what happened and include photos if the product arrived damaged.
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are usually issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and take clear photos so we can review the case with the carrier if needed.

Non-returnable situations

We may not be able to accept returns that are requested outside the return window, sent without authorization, heavily used, missing key packaging or affected by address/customer handling issues.
