Shipping information for SILARA orders, including processing, tracking, delivery estimates and address issues.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout or in customer communication are estimates. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs, local operations, address issues or other events outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email where available. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping details carefully before placing an order. If an address is incorrect, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to change the destination.
Customs, duties and local restrictions
For international orders, customs checks, import duties, taxes or product restrictions may apply depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for checking local import rules before ordering supplements.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us at support@silara.com with your order number. We will help review the tracking status and next steps.
